Sleeping 8-10, this villa is ideal for a family looking for a seafront location within easy reach of one of Croatia's most popular towns, and for larger groups of up to 20 can be booked with neighbouring villa OM016.
The villa is located on the first row to the sea and is set over three levels. From the parking area, guests enter up into the ground floor, with open-plan living-kitchen-dining area leading to two separate sea view terraces. One shaded covered terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, ideal for an evening meal al fresco while watching the sun set, and the other terrace leads to the pool area. A separate WC is located off the ground floor living area. 4 double bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with access to a shared balcony or terrace with lounge furniture. Each bedroom benefits from en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. A living area with double sofa bed is located on the lower ground floor, leading to a mini gym, sauna and separate shower room. Due to the close proximity to Omis town, there may be some ambient road noise from the road located 150m behind the villa.
Omis, just 20 minutes on foot from the villa, is a beautiful port town nestled at the mouth of the dramatic Cetina gorge as it merges with the stunning Adriatic sea. Steeped in history, the town has kept its authentic traditions such as its colourful market, and regularly hosts traditional events and festivals throughout the summer. Guests staying in Omis can try river rafting on River Cetina, or take a boat trip from the town centre to one of the islands. The nearest beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, and car hire is only recommended for exploring further afield.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
