Situated along the Adriatic coastline in Omis, this beachfront villa offers spacious interiors with stunning sea views. The villa is accessed directly from the coastal road, with parking available at the rear upper floor entrance. Upon entering guests will find four spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony, providing a lovely spot to take in the sea views. The ground floor features a partially separated living / dining area offering a welcoming space to relax with patio doors allowing natural light to flood the space and open onto the stunning terrace. An additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a utility room, gym and a billiard table are also available on this floor. Outside guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with Roman steps and sun terrace with lounge furniture, a covered dining area and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals. A door from the pool opens out to steps leading down to the beach.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
