4-Bedroom Villa with Pool and Sea View on Krk Island sleeps 8-10
This modern elegant spacious Krk island villa offers guests a comfortable holiday retreat. Situated next to an olive grove and surrounded by greenery and split-level terraces which make the most of the island and sea views, the villa offers guests an ideal place to relax and unwind whilst being within walking distance of Malinska town.
Guests enter the villa via an electronic gate into a private driveway with garage parking. From the driveway a door opens into the ground floor which features a utility room, a Konoba (similar to a taverna)/entertainment room with fireplace, pool and football table, TV and music system. The first floor is the main living area of the villa and consists of a wide central corridor which on one side opens into the light and inviting open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge and on the other side there are 2 x double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. One of the double bedrooms contains an extra sofa bed. There is also a guest toilet on this level. The first floor consists of 2 x double bedrooms one of which features a single sofa bed whilst the other has a double sofa bed. Both rooms have en-suite showers. There is also a spa centre with an infra-red sauna, Finish sauna, relaxation beds and a guest toilet. Doors from the spa centre open onto a roomy balcony with jacuzzi, pool and sea views.
Outside, accessed from the first-floor lounge/kitchen/diner through patio doors guests can relax on the inviting terrace with pool, BBQ and al fresco dining facilities. Next to the pool is a sunken terrace with lounge furniture and access to the garden.
The island of Krk is accessible from the mainland by a connecting bridge. The seaside town of Malinska offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and pretty beaches to enjoy There is plenty to do and sea on the island such as a trip to the Biserujka Caves near Rudine, an outing to the pretty seaside towns of Vrbnik and Krk or a day on the sandy beach at Baska. Krk Island also makes a fantastic base from which to explore the Kvarner region as a whole. Day trips to the stunning Plitvice Lakes national park is a possibility. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
