Perched over Vela Luka bay this light and airy comfortable villa offers a quiet retreat for a small group or family looking for a simple and stylish place to relax. Whether by the pool, on the sun terrace or eating in the outdoor dining area with something off the barbeque this villa provides the space and ambience to truly unwind. An attractive beach is within walking distance and plenty more a short drive away.
Set over two floors the ground floor has an open plan living/dining area with plenty of natural light from the sliding doors which open onto the terrace with outdoor covered dining area summer kitchen, BBQ, and sea facing sunken pool and terrace. There is a separate kitchen.Also located on the ground floor is a finnish sauna. The first floor features three double rooms with ensuite showers, each room has a sea facing balcony.
Car hire is recommended for this villa. Vela Luka can be reached within a short drive and offers a range of shops and restaurants. This part of the island also offers a diverse selection of cycling routes. Korcula, with its mixture of rolling hills and rugged mountainous terrain, is considered to one of greenest of Croatia’s Islands, and Vela Luka, set in a large bay, is its main port with ferry services operating to Split, Hvar Island and Lastovo. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
