Your holiday villa

An elegant villa set over 3 levels, directly on the waterfront in a pristine bay on Korcula island. Guests enter the villa from the parking area on the second floor level into a main entrance hall leading to two double bedrooms. Each double bedroom benefits from ensuite shower room and floor-to-ceiling windows. Patio doors lead out to a sunny shared terrace with lounge area and views over the bay. The first floor contains two double bedrooms (can be twin on request), each with ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Each double bedroom has its own private terrace with panoramic sea views. The ground floor space is a large open-plan living-kitchen-dining room, with sliding glass doors which allow the floor to become completely open-plan with the sea view terrace. There is also a gym, sauna and shower room.

From the living-dining area guests access the centrepiece of the grounds, a beautiful infinity pool with views over the bay, surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers and plenty of places to relax. A large terrace area has plenty of space for the outdoor dining experiences Croatia is famous for with fabulous mountain and sea views. Stairs from here lead down below the pool to a beach club with direct access to the sea.

Additional services

This outstanding luxury villa provides daily maid service as standard, and a concierge/house manager is always on hand for anything you need. Bikes are available at the property for guests' use as is a paddle board. A boat mooring area can be found at the foot of the property; a boat and skipper can also be hired on a daily basis for excursions to surrounding islands.
