This tastefully decorated Istrian villa with pool, located in the village of Baredine, offers guests a peaceful retreat and fabulous views across the Istrian peninsula all the way over to Ucka mountain. The property offers guests a practical base from which to explore this part of Istria which includes the hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside resorts of Umag and Novigrad.
The villa is approached via a country road into a rear drive way where parking and entrance to the property are located. Guests enter into a spacious open plan kitchen-living-dining room with a number of patio and French doors opening out onto a covered terrace with dining table. Stairs from the terrace descend down to the pool area. The ground floor of the villa also features a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a utility room with guest toilet to the rear, and a set of doors next to the kitchen area leading out to the rear parking area. The first floor features a double room with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a small upper terrace which overlooks the rear of the villa and is accessed from the hallway.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa which offers easy access from the Slovenian border. A number of activities are available locally including a clay tennis court club (charges may apply) located within 15 minute drive from the villa. The casino at Hotel Mulino is 10 minutes away by car and cycling routes are available near the villa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
