Located in a tranquil countryside setting, this 4 bedroom villa would suit groups of friends and families looking to have an authentic Istrian experience. Both with countryside and distance sea views this property will provide you with a peaceful villa holiday.
This two storey villa is accessed via the front of the property, where the outdoor pool and garden area can be found. There is a covered terrace and an outdoor dining table directly in front of the kitchen/lounge/dining area, which guests can access via the patio doors. There is also a twin bedroom with a separate shower room on this floor. The first floor features two double bedrooms en-suite with shower rooms (one of which features a sofa bed), a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. All three bedrooms can enjoy views of the Istrian countryside and the pool from the shared balcony with table and chairs.
Car hire is recommended when exploring the numerous Istrian towns. The pretty beaches, water sports, bars and Istrian cuisine that can be found in the coastal town of Rabac are a must; along with a selection of cafes in the historical hilltop of Labin. Kafe Velo in Labin is popular amongst locals and tourists and is a great spot for people watching. The pretty coastal town of Opatija is under a thirty-minute drive away and offers a long promenade with views of the town and neighbouring islands. The beaches of Ravni are a short drive away and are definitely worth a visit. Villa IS213 is located next door and both villas can be booked at the same time, sleeping up to 18 people.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
