This beautifully restored 15th century property offers guests a wonderful opportunity to rent a rarely available complete Dalmatian town villa located in the heart of the old city. Its piece de resistance is its spacious roof top terrace offering guests stunning panoramic views of the old city and St Blaise’s church and distant views of the Adriatic sea.
From the street entrance a corridor leads to a staircase up to the lounge area located on the first floor. The second floor contains one double bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower room. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor where there are two single bedrooms and a bathroom. The fourth floor contains an open plan kitchen/diner/second lounge area with views over the old city. An outside staircase leads to the magnificent roof top terrace with views over Dubrovnik. This villa would suit an older family or group.
As this villa is located on 5 levels and access to the villa is via steps from the old town, this property would not suit customers experiencing walking difficulties or those with very young children.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

Everything we needed was provided. The patio chairs aren't very comfortable and the view is so nice we would have stayed up there much longer. Caretaker was wonderful and very friendly. The walk through was informative.

Laid back people. Beautiful nature, good climate. Very clean country. Loved the Old city in Dubrovnik. The local girls are stunning!!

Although the property was in a central location, we were reassured by the fact that there was a sign saying city rules prohibit noise between certain hours during the day and after 11pm. However this was not observed by the man who lives opposite the bedrooms as he was making lots of noise, talking loudly until 2-3 in the morning. This was a problem for one of our guests as she could not sleep and had to go and sleep on the sofa upstairs. Everything else about the property was perfect but we would not stay again as this spoiled our experience. Also the property would benefit from a sign outside or amendments to the directions to say that the entrance is through a shop. We spent a good 15 minutes going up and down the stairs trying to look for the entrance, even asking the owner of the shop who said they did not know where it was. This wasn't a big problem as the owner of the property was very helpful and apologetic but would just be helpful for people in the future to know the entrance is through a shop.
Caretaker was she was very helpful and friendly - she was full of enthusiasm for Dubrovnik and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and drink.
Your agent was very helpful throughout and she was very quick at replying to my emails and keeping me up to date. The taxi service which was recommended was well priced and punctual.

Not impressed with: Some of the restaurants are very expensive for mediocre food - this is because Dubrovnik is a touristy place hence they cater for people who will only visit once, they are not looking for repeat custom.
