Located between Dubrovnik and Cavtat and situated within easy access of the beach, this Dubrovnik region villa makes an ideal base to explore this stretch of the Croatian coast. Hidden behind lush trees guests will feel relaxed in the privacy of this stone villa whilst making use of the pool and jacuzzi complete with poolside cocktail bar. The villa is well suited to a small group of friends or a family with children.
The property features a front terrace with a traditional Croatian BBQ, surrounded by trees and shaded by a vine-covered trellis, creating a perfect, cool dining spot for guests.Guests enter the villa into an open plan living space with dining table and kitchen. A stone staircase takes guests up to the first floor where three bedrooms can be found. There are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom all with ensuite shower rooms, the double rooms have a good sized shared balcony with seating overlooking the forest. At the back of the property is a secluded L shaped swimming pool with Roman steps and a built in jacuzzi. The surrounding terrace features sun loungers and the icing on the cake, a cocktail bar for maximum refreshment and relaxation. Additionally there is a garden area equipped with children's play facilities.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of the region. The villa would suit those who would like to be within walking distance of the sea and restaurants of nearby Kupari, Srebreno and Mlini as well as a great location to explore some of the nearby sights. Other attractions nearby include the historical towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljetand the Elaphite islands as well as a day trip to Montenegro to name but a few.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
