This spacious villa is located in Sevid and offers guests direct access to the sea. Set in a pretty and mature garden which reflects the owner’s dedication to gardening, the villa is thoughtfully decorated throughout with a mixture of antique and modern furniture.
The villa consists of a ground floor with a large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area leading out to a spacious conservatory with wonderful sea views. There is also a shower room with separate toilet. The first floor offers two double and one single bedroom plus a shower room. Outside there is a large outdoor BBQ area suitable for entertaining. The large gardens leads down to the beach and swimming pool style steps provide easy access into Sevid’s famous turquoise water.
The property can be combined with the 2 bedroom villa next door (TG040) to create a 5 bedroom villa sleeping 8 (TG010). Access between the two properties is via the gardens.
Car hire is recommended. The villa is suitable for a family or groups. Boat mooring is available at this property. A pizza restaurant is within walking distance of the villa

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

Stayed August 2015We were very pleased with the property - it was comfortable and clean and we just had to step out of the back gate to get to the sea. We had everything we needed.
The owners were wonderful - very kind and welcoming, and offered to help us find our way around. They also left us a wonderful salad with local octopus. They really looked after us, and answered any little questions we had.
Impressed with: Friendly people, beautiful outdoors, lots of activities and also lots of culture.
Not impressed with: Lots of building going on...feels like it is developing rapidly.
Recommend: We enjoyed many outdoor activities in the Split area including rock climbing in Split (Marjan), canyoning in Cetina, kayaking from Split to Trogir and ziplining in Omis. All of these were great activities, very well organised and the scenery was beautiful.
Favourite villa moment: Sitting outside in the garden in the evening with a view of the clear sea :-)

Very comfortable, traditional style. Fabulous views and so convenient for the sea. Loved it! Great for relaxation but close to great tourist spots. A full length mirror in the house would be nice. Car hire recommended.
The owners were amazing! Couldn't do enough for you. We were given fresh vegetables, homemade olive oils, even an octopus salad! The owner’s son and his wife spent time with us in Split to show us around. They even took us to their home and gave us food and drink. We were bowled over by their hospitality. At the same time they managed to maintain our privacy and were very respectful of our time and space. Lovely people.
Impressed with:Friendly people and narrow cobbled streets in the towns.
Recommend: TWe recommend visiting local towns and villages Marina and Trogir, slightly further the beautiful town if Primosten. Very traditional and beautiful towns with marinas: lots of quaint shops and restaurants.
