This large comfortable luxury villa with heated pool* and a wide choice of outdoor terraces and sun deck is located on a hillside overlooking the pretty harbour town of Pucisca, Brac Island. Guests at the villa can enjoy stunning views of the Adriatic sea as well as being within easy walking distance of this picturesque harbour town’s shops and restaurants.
The villa is approached along an access road. Parking can be either on the road or at the parking area located at the top of the villa. Guests enter the villa from the ground floor into a spacious entrance hall. On this level there are 3 x double/twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and sea-facing balconies, a gym and sauna, shower room off the gym. Utility room.
On the first floor from the hallway a set of doors opens onto the pool and an open air kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor dining table. Inside there is an open plan kitchen/diner with large dining table and another set of doors leading out to the L shaped pool. There is a separate lounge with sofa bed and a separate toilet.
The second floor features 3 x double/twin rooms each with en-suite shower rooms and sea facing balconies, a lounge area with double sofa bed, a sunny atrium. The third floor features a sun deck with sea facing jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area.
The charming village of Pucisca, built from Brac island white stone, is within an easy walk from the villa, down narrow cobbled streets. An attractive seafront village, Pucisca offers guests a choice of restaurants, including local konobas (traditional family run Croatian restaurants similar to tavernas), bars and restaurants. In additional to the beaches of Pucisca other harbour towns on Brac island are within easy reach by car. Bol with the famous Bol Golden Cape beach is within easy driving distance, while the towns of Milna, Supetar and Sutivan are worth a day exploring. Sites of interest include Vidova Gora, the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), and excursions to other islands and to Split old town can be easily taken from the island. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
