    This 7 bedroom villa has a pool and sheltered terrace on Ciovo Island near Trogir. There is also a lovely balcony with distant sea views. Sleeping 12 guests, it is perfect for groups of families and friends looking to relax close to the beach.

    The property is in a peaceful area of Okrug Donji and consists of three apartments which are booked together as one villa. The first apartment has two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / lounge that opens onto the terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are two single bedrooms and a bathroom. The second apartment has one floor and is on the ground floor, where there is an open plan kitchen / lounge, a bathroom and two double bedrooms. The third apartment is on the first floor and is reached via outdoor steps. It consists of an open plan kitchen / lounge that opens onto a balcony, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms. Outside there is a pool and a sheltered terrace with space for alfresco dining and a BBQ.

    Car hire is recommended for exploring the area. The villa is a 15-minute walk to a lovely beach where guests can go swimming or relax at the beach bar. There are also shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the property. The town of Okrug Gornji is nearby, where The Mavarcica beach has a Tiki bar and viewing area for water polo. Activities in the area include scuba diving with the potential of seeing sea horses and other sea creatures. Trogir Old Town is only a 20-minute drive away, and is worth exploring its historic architecture, winding streets and many lovely bars and restaurants.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
