    These 2 villas are identical and are located one behind each other in a quiet residential area in the town of Kaštel Kambelovac, near to the sea.  They can either be rented separately sleeping a total of 12 guests each, or for groups and larger families they can be booked together sleeping a total of 24 persons. 

    Each villa is made up of 2 floors.  On the ground floor guests enter the villa into an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning area.  There is also a double bedroom and a separate shower room on this floor.  The dinning area leads out to a covered terrace and a pool area.  In front of the pool there is parking for 2 cars.  On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms; 3 of which are doubles and 1 is a twin bedroom.  The second villa is located behind the first villa and is identical to the front villa.  The rear villa (code TG107B) is accessed via the driveway that runs beside the front villa (code TG107A). Guests in the rear villa behind the first villa have access to the side passage which comes down the side of both villa, cars belonging to guests of the rear vllla can drive or walk past the front villa

    Car hire is recommended when staying in this area.  Guests can reach a pebbly beach, shops and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.  The UNESCO heritage site of Trogir offering further shops and restaurants can be reached within a 20-minute drive. If looking for a day trip the waterfalls of Krka National Park is an hours’ drive away.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
