This 2-storey townhouse is located just a few minutes’ walk from the bridge connecting Ciovo island to Trogir old town. It is made up of 4 x 1-bedroom apartments; one of which offers guests a balcony. It would suit friends or families looking to be near to the local amenities.
Guests enter via a door from the street into the property’s private courtyard, where there is also the shared terrace. On the ground level of this courtyard there are 2 entrances; one leads into a 1-bedroom apartment and the other into an entrance hallway with 2 further separate entrances. One of these entrances opens into a 1-bedroom apartment and the other leads to a flight of stairs to the third 1-bedroom apartment. Each apartment offers a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an open plan lounge/kitchenette. Guests can access the fourth 1-bedroom apartment via an external staircase leading from the courtyard. This apartment has a similar layout to the other apartments and offers guests a private balcony.
With many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, car hire is not a necessity. Split can be reached via a water-bus leaving from the Marina and there are many other days trips to different areas of the coastline leaving from Trogir. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
