Marketing Assistant – internship

North London. Nearest stations Alexandra Palace, Wood Green

Working across a number of departments. This is a highly varied position whereby the successful candidate would be assisting with the online and offline marketing activities of the company including social media, article writing, online magazine, newsletter, photo editing, reviews, website.

• A high level of written English and numeracy is essential for this role.
• Creative
• Editing and proof reading skills.
• Research skills.
• Computer Literate – Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable with working with technology, software systems and social media.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
• Photography skills advantageous.

The ideal applicant will possess an outgoing nature and have a genuine interest in travel and tourism. Would suit college or university graduate with an interest in marketing.

Reservations Consultant

North London. Nearest stations Alexandra Palace, Wood Green

The position of Reservations Consultant involves all aspects of selling villa and apartment rentals by answering incoming e-mail and telephone enquiries with a strong emphasis on using your product knowledge to recommend the most suitable villa or apartment to the customer’s requirements. Using our in-house reservation system the Reservations Consultant will manage online bookings, raise customer invoices, work closely with other departments, liaise with suppliers and carry out general office duties.

• Must be self-motivated and work well under pressure
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Experience in working with computer reservation systems
• Computer literate – With experience of Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of Croatia as a country is advantageous but not essential
