This villa is located on Rab Island with stunning views of the sea from the top balcony. It also has a split – level covered terrace/pool area. The villa is best suited for groups of friends and large families looking to be near the beach and nature and who may want to bring along their pet.
The ground floor consists of a studio, 2 double bedroom apartments, 2 open plan kitchen/lounge area with a W.C. beside it. The studio is partially equipped with a shower room and there are 2 other bathrooms on this floor. 1 of the bedrooms is a studio with en-suite shower room and the other 2 are apartment rooms with 1 having 2 single beds that can be put together into a double bed and the other having a terrace. The first floor has 4-bedroom apartments all of which have double beds. 1 of the bedrooms has access to a terrace and the other is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Two more open plan kitchen/dining/lounge areas are also situated on the floor.
Car hire is recommended for stay at the villa. Rab town can be reached in just 11-minutes in car and provided a great day out. Various activities guests can partake in such as tour guides and bike trails.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
