5 Bedroom Villa with Pool and Spa in Barbat on Rab Island, Sleeps 10
This villa is situated near the sea in the town of Barbat. It offers a large pool that guests can access and spa facilities including a sauna, hot tub and steam bath. Within the villa guest have a panoramic view of the sea from the balcony and can access the beach within a few minutes’ walk. Suitable for groups of friends and/or large families.
There are 2 entrances to the villa; one leading from parking area at the back of the property into a small entrance hall in the villa. The second entrance is through a small gate accessed from the lungomare at the front of the property up several steps leading to the pool/garden area. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, where guests can also access the covered terrace/pool area. There is also a spa room (including a Jacuzzi, shower, WC and sauna), a separate shower room and a double bedroom on this floor, the bedroom has access to a further outdoor terrace. The first floor has a further 4 double bedrooms; 3 of which have en-suite shower rooms and 2 of these have access to a shared balcony. The fourth bedroom has its own private balcony and has a separate bathroom next to it.
Car hire is recommended when staying on this island. Rab is accessible from mainland Croatia with the nearest airport being Rijeka taking a journey time of approximately 2 hours including driving and a ferry from Krk island. The island is blessed with beautiful landscapes such as beaches and coastline and rich in its heritage and history. One place being the church bell towers in the old city of Rab, which takes around 10-minutes by car. Guests can also find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the old town.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
