This stunning villa is located on the island of Pag and offers guests a spacious balcony with beautiful sea views. There is also a covered terrace area and pool perfect for those summer evenings. The property would suit friends and families looking to be within walking distance of the seafront.
The villa has 2 floors. Guests enter the property from the parking area into the entrance hall. On the ground floor there is a W.C. and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; both located by the entrance of the villa. There is also an open plan kitchen/lounge area, where there are sliding doors leading to the covered terrace and pool area. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms; one of which has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate shower room on this floor and a single bedroom, which can sleep a child. There is also a sofa bed found in the lounge area, which can accommodate 1 additional adult.
Car hire is recommended for stay at this villa. Pag Island can be reached from Zadar airport which takes up to 1 hour and to Jakišnica around an hour and a half. The island has many attractions such as Paklenica mountains and Kornati islands that guests can explore. Jakišnica is a tranquil area on Pag island and offers a couple of restaurants, a supermarket and some lovely pebbly stone bays.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
