This contemporary villa is situated in an elevated position above the seaside village of Suhi Potok near Omis. The property offers stunning sea views from the terrace and balcony and is an ideal choice for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway not too far from the historic city of Split which is within easy driving distance of the villa.
This 2 storey villa is approached from the rear where there is a parking area. Guests entre via the upper (first) floor which consists of 4 double bedrooms each with en suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has a sea facing balcony. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area, a gym, a sauna and a shower room. The properties terrace and pool with water feature is accessed from the main lounge and offers guests stunning sea views towards the island of Brac.
Car hire is recommended while staying at this villa. There are a number of hiking trails near the villa. Other areas of interest nearby include the River Cetina near Omis which offers white water rafting, canoeing and canyoning, Biokovo Nature Park as well as the ancient city of Split. Day trips to Brac island and Dubrovnik are possible from this area. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
