This spacious villa with pool and fenced garden, great for children, is one of three properties next door to each other within walking distance of the nearest beach. The villa is a great choice for a family or group of friends who wish to explore the Zadar region from a peaceful countryside location.
The villa is set over two floors. A gated parking area leads to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room furnished in a contemporary rustic style with beamed ceilings. A double sofa bed is located in the living room for an extra 2 persons. Patio doors from here lead to the pool terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a parasol. The first floor contains two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, sharing two shower rooms. From the bedrooms guests have access to a sunny corner terrace, with views over the children's play area in the garden. Villas ZD008 and ZD010 are next door, and guests can let all 3 villas to sleep 18-24.
Car hire is recommended. The nearest beach is 400m from the villa, and for watersports including wind surfing the beautiful long Sabunike beach is 2km away. Privlaka is within easy reach, just 1.5km from the property, for a wide range of shops and restaurants, and Zadar with its Old Town is 20km away. Don't miss day trips to Krka National Park, only an hour by car, or the stunning Plitvice Lakes from this villa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
