This large 7 bedroom sea-view villa consisting of 3 apartments of 3 apartments presented as a gounnd floor pool apartment where all the rooms are situated on one level and 2 x duplex apartments located above this apartment . This villa is located next to similar villas TG062 & TG063, and offers beautiful views of the Adriatic sea. A family friendly pebble beach is located approximately 200m away.  The villa is ideal for a large family or group of friends who wish to be within easy reach of Trogir, Split and the surrounding islands.

Each apartment is accessed from the parking area located at the rear of the property.

There are 3 separate entrances, one for each apartment.

TG061 - C1- Duplex Apartment – Sleeps 4.
Guests enter from the parking (few steps down from the parking) into the ground floor of this duplex apartment. On this floor there is:
Spacious open plan lounge with kitchen and dining table for 4 persons, doors to a sea facing balcony with 2 sunbeds. There is also a separate WC and a shower room.
First floor – 2 x double bedrooms both with balcony and sea view
Shared bathroom

TG061 C2- Duplex apartment – sleeps 4.
Guests enter from the parking (few steps down from the parking) into the ground floor of the duplex apartment. On this floor there is:
Spacious open plan lounge with kitchen, doors to a sea facing balcony with 2 sunbeds. There is also a WC and pantry on this level.
First floor – 2 x double bedrooms both with balcony and sea view, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, there is a separate shower room and an office room with sea view.

TG061 C3 -Ground floor Pool Apartment on one level – sleeps 6

 This apartment is accessed from the parking area, down a side set of stairs into the pool area. Guests enter into an open plan kitchen/ dining area with table for 12 persons and a 2-person seater breakfast bar. There is a separate toilet and pantry.
The bedroom areas are located down a corridor off the side of the lounge. The rooms along the corridor consist of:
1 x double bedroom with door to pool area
1 x double bedroom with en-suite shower room and door to pool area.
1 x double bedroom located to the rear of the villa.

Villa Concept

At the villa there is one apartment which can cater for the whole villa capacity and features the right number of cups, plates, cutlery and glassware for the villa group size. The kitchens in the other 2 apartments have limited kitchenware, only sufficient to make tea/coffee and prepare a light snack/heating up food.

Each house is separated by a wall and a locked door. If 2 or 3 houses are rented together the doors can be unlocked. 

Road noise may occur from a road located below the pool and terrace.

Car hire is recommended at this villa for easy access to main shops and restaurants, just a few minutes' drive away. The beach is 200m away, accessed via an underpass. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Split Riviera, featuring the waterfalls of Krka National Park, medieval Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral and UNESCO protected Old Town of Trogir. Split City is within easy reach for a day trip, about an hour by car from the villa.
