2 Bedroom Villa with Heated Pool on Solta Island near Split, sleeps 4-6
This stone villa with heated pool is nestled in the hamlet of Donje Selo on the beautiful island of Solta within easy reach of the beach and nearby towns. This villa has been lovingly renovated and would be suitable for a small family or couples who want a holiday villa with heated pool in an authentic setting.
The villa is set over three floors. Guests enter from the terrace to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and separate shower room. Patio doors from the landing on the first floor open to external stairs leading down to the terrace. On the second floor is a double bedroom (eaves) and shower room (eaves).
There is a fenced terrace and parking area. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols surrounding the heated pool. There is also a shaded BBQ area furnished with dining table and chairs.
Car hire is recommended as the villa is set in a hamlet approx. 5-10 minutes by car from shops and restaurants. Beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car. Solta is known for its beautiful countryside scenery and rugged coastline, with many coves and hidden beaches to discover. Regular ferries operate throughout the day from Rogac port (approx. 10 minutes by car from the villa) to and from Split. Ferries take approx. 1 hour each way, making Split an ideal day trip destination.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
