This beautiful villa is on the Island of Pag in the town of Jakisnica-Lun. It offers guests a covered terrace area and pool with stunning sea views from a balcony. This property would be suitable for friends and families looking to enjoy the relaxation that the town offers.
There are 2 floors in this villa. Guests enter the villa through a corridor on the ground floor to an open plan kitchen/lounge area. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a W.C. The outside features a spacious covered terrace with a pool. On first floor, there is a single bedroom and a separate shower room. There are also 2 double bedrooms; one which has an en-suite shower room, and both have access to a balcony. On this balcony the guests can relax and enjoy the sights of the surrounding area and sea views.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. With the car guests can reach other areas such as Novalj, famous for its festival. The popular Pag town makes for a great day out; offering many bars, shops, restaurants and cafes and is under an hours’ drive away. Jakišnica which is within walking distance provides local amenities.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
