This spacious villa is situated in a hamlet within very easy reach of Labin, a lovely Old Town known for its pretty pastel coloured houses. The villa is ideal for a family or group looking to explore the coastline along the Kvarner Gulf.
The villa is set over two levels, in large grounds. Guests enter into the gravelled parking area leading to a terrace with playground furniture for children and activity area. Four steps lead up from the parking spot to the shaded dining terrace and lawned garden with pool, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Guests enter the villa into a comfortable, elegantly furnished living-kitchen-dining room. A double bedroom is situated off the living area, with its own shower room. A separate WC is located next to the kitchen. On the first floor, three double bedrooms each have their own shower room and access to a shared balcony.
Car hire is recommended at this villa. The villa is located close to picturesque Old Town Labin, where guests can choose from a range of restaurants set around pretty squares for an evening meal. The Kvarner Gulf is one of Croatia's most beautiful stretches of coastline, with the longest seaside promenade in Croatia. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
