This carefully restored barn cottage is situated in the village of Bajcici, Krk Island. Combining original features with modern interiors, the cottage offers guests a peacful retreat to relax in. The property would suit a family or a couple/2 couples. The villa can also be combined with the villa next door (KV070) to offer accommodation for up to 12 persons.
The villa is approached along a country road into a parking area. Guests enter into an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge which is surrounded on 3 sides by a glass conservatory and patio doors giving a light filled room. The first floor features 2 x triple room (double bed and sofa bed for 1 person) both of which have en-suite shower room. Outside guests will find a pool and covered dining area with BBQ and shady summer kitchen.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this property. Krk island is accessible from the main road by a connecting bridge. The island has much to offer in the way of mountain areas, vineyards, historic towns such as Krk and Vrbnik and long sandy beaches such as the one at Baska. Other places of interest within easy access of the property include Rab and Cres Islands and Istria. Excursions to the Plitvice Lakes and a Venice day trip are also possibilities. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
