    This attractive 3 bedroom villa with pool is located in a quite location near the seaside town of Malinska on Krk island. The villa is tastefully decorated and offers guests a comfortable stay on one of Croatia’s most popular islands. The villa comes with a resident cat which does enter the house of its’ own accord, as cats do.

    The villa is approached along a country lane through a gated entrance onto a gravel drive where guests can park their car in the ample parking bay situated in front of the villa. Guests enter into a hallway on the ground floor which leads into the bright and sunny open plan kitchen / diner / lounge where two sets of French doors open onto a shaded outdoor lounge area followed by the well-tended enclosed garden and L shaped pool. Down the side of the villa is a covered dining area with BBQ facilities. This is open at the rear to a secondary garden area where children / pets can run around in. On the ground floor there is a shower room with washing machine. The first floor features two double bedrooms both with ornamental balconies offering garden and pools views, a twin room, a study room and a separate shower room.

    Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The island of Krk is accessible from the mainland by a connecting bridge for which a small toll fee is payable. The villa location is perfect for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. The island has plenty to offer in terms of activities such as a visit to the Biserujka Caves near Rudine, an outing to the pretty seaside towns of Vrbnik and Krk or a visit to the sandy beach at Baska. Krk Island is also a good base from which to explore the Kvarner region. A day trip to the stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park is a possibility.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
