Located in Slatina Bay on Korcula Island, this 6-bedroom beachfront villa has stunning sea views, its own private jetty, lovely spacious accommodation and a large heated pool with outdoor dining area. Ideal for large groups of friends or families, the villa is located only 10 minutes away from Vela Luka in a secluded area and is within a stone’s throw of the sea.

The villa is presented as four apartments in two buildings – a main house and an annex. All apartments are rented together, have their own entrances and they all share the outdoor space including the pool and parking. In addition to the bedrooms, each apartment has a sofa bed, which can each accommodate one additional person.

Main House

Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the main house and sleeps 4 people. It has a lounge, eat-in kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. This apartment has direct access to the pool area. Apartment 2 is on the first floor of the main house accessed by an external staircase and sleeps 4 people. It has a lounge, eat-in kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom. This apartment also has a balcony overlooking the sea.

Annex

Apartment 3 is located on the ground floor of the annex and sleeps 2 people. It consists of a lounge, eat-kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. This apartment has direct access to the pool area. Apartment 4 is located on the first floor of the annex accessed by an external staircase and sleeps 2 people. It consists of a lounge, eat-kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. This apartment also has a balcony overlooking the sea.

Outside

All guests can enjoy the lovely private pool, al fresco dining and have access to a lovely beach only minutes away.

Car hire is recommended for this villa. For outdoor lovers, Slatina Bay is ideal for water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking and diving. This part of island also offers a diverse selection of cycling routes. Korcula, with its mixture of rolling hills and rugged mountainous terrain, is considered to one of greenest of Croatia’s Islands, and Vela Luka, set in a large bay, is its main port with ferry services operating to Split, Hvar Island and Lastovo.
