This elegant and spacious beachfront villa with stunning sea views, infinity pool, jacuzzi and direct access to sea is situated in Smokvica on the picturesque island of Korcula. It is the perfect choice for a family or couples who want to enjoy the comfort of an exclusive accommodation.
The villa, which extends over 2 floors, is approached from the rear where there is ample parking. Guests enter the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms and sea view balconies. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area with panoramic sea view patio windows, a shower room, a guest toilet and an indoor jacuzzi area. The outdoor split level terrace and infinity pool is accessed from the lounge. A further set of stairs takes guests down to the sea.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. There are a number of local cycling and hiking trails. The area serves delicious food and the local white wine 'Posip' is highly recommended. There are a couple of shops and a pizzeria in the centre of the local village. Bikes, Kayaks and windsurfers are all available to rent from Brna town. The beach at nearby Istruga Bay has a popular sandy beach and is renowned for its healing mud with curative powers so it is claimed. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
