Tucked away near the Istrian country hamlet of Sveti Lovrec near Porec, this Istrian stone house offers an inviting retreat for families looking to experience the charm of the Istrian countryside. The property provides a welcoming base just a 15 minute drive from the vibrant town town of Poreč and less than 10 minutes’ drive from the scenic Lim Fjord. Its spacious layout and comfortable amenities make it an excellent choice for guests seeking a relaxing yet well-connected holiday.
The property consists of two separate buildings, both opening onto a central swimming pool. Upon arrival, guests will find convenient parking near the entrance. The first building features three entrances, leading to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and one triple bedroom with an en suite shower room. There is also a comfortable living room. The second building houses a kitchen and a dining room, as well as an additional triple bedroom with en suite bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy the sun terrace with loungers, an alfresco dining area, and a BBQ, all set within a beautifully maintained garden.
Car hire is recommended. The nearby village of Sveti Lovrec is 10 minutes’ drive away where guests will find a post office, grocery shop and restaurants. Points of interest within the area include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
