    This authentic 4 bedroom villa has a pool and garden in the tranquil countryside village of Pacici. Sleeping 8, this is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a touch of the traditional and a relaxing stay in Istria.

    On the ground floor of this 3-storey property is a kitchenette, a wine cellar and a WC. There is also a spacious lounge and diner which opens onto the terrace. The staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that opens onto a sheltered balcony with steps leading to the garden and pool. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is also a shower room on this floor and another balcony with steps going to the garden. Outside there is a fenced garden with a pool, a summer kitchen with a BBQ and space for dining, and a sheltered terrace with a table and chairs.

    Car hire is recommended while staying at the property. The wonderful seaside town of Fazana is just a 20-minute drive away, where guests can stroll along the colourful harbourside, explore the shops, cafes and restaurants, and relax on the beach. Just a ferry journey away is the Island of Brijuni where guests can see Zebras, enjoy golfing or explore the woodland and coastal regions of the National Park. The coastal town of Pula is not far, where there is plenty to explore, such as The Roman Amphitheatre, colourful streets and beaches with many water sports.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
