This 3 bedroom villa has a pool and balcony with a sea view in Vodnjan. It sleeps 6-7 guests, and is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a peaceful and stylist Istrian stay.
On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge with a dining area. This opens out to the garden and pool area. There is also a double bedroom, two WCs and a large bathroom with sliding doors that opens onto the pool area. The staircase leads either to the lower ground where there is more space for dining, or to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, each of which open onto a balcony with distant sea views. There is also a WC and a shower room on this floor, and the hallway leads onto a second terrace. Outside there is a garden, pool and sheltered terrace where guests can enjoy alfresco dining.
Car hire is recommended while staying at this villa. Nearby is a lovely beach where guests can spend a relaxing day out. The National Park on the island of Brijuni is just a boat trip away, and makes for an excellent day exploring the islands coastal and woodland regions, enjoying a game of golf or seeing zebras and deer. The property is also close to plenty of amenities such as shops, cafes and restaurants where guests can try the Istrian cuisines and taste the local wine.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
