The duplex apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Guests enter the first level where there is an open plan kitchen/living room with a dining area and sliding glass doors that access the balcony. The room is well lit with lots of natural light and looks out to the sea. There is also a double bedroom on this floor, as well as a bathroom. Wooden steps lead to the second level where there is a twin bedroom, as well as another bathroom.
Milna is a lovely seaside destination situated a 10-minute drive from the town of Hvar. While staying at the apartment guests are in walking distance to various shops, restaurants and cafes. The secluded pebble coves, separated from one another by pine forests, are perfect for spending a day relaxing by the sea. Milna offers a rich cuisine with markets and restaurants where guests can enjoy freshly caught fish, home grown vegetables and local wines. It is also recommended to take a trip to the nearby islands, such as Vis, Bisevo, Korcula and Mljet.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
