This spacious 6 bedroom villa is situated in a stunning location, overlooking the crystal clear waters of Prapatna Bay. It is suitable for families, couples or groups of friends who want to relax in a tranquil environment near to beaches, shops restaurants and cafes.
The villa is situated on a steep hill and consists of 2 floors made up of four separate apartments. The floors are accessible via a steep external staircase. On the ground floor there are two apartments, both of which offer guests a kitchen/lounge area and a separate shower room. One of the apartments has 2 double bedrooms with access to a balcony and the other apartment has 1 double bedroom with access to a large terrace. Guests can reach the terrace either from the lounge of both apartments or via the external steps along the side of the building. On the first floor (Eaves), there are a further 2 apartments, both consisting of a kitchen/lounge area and separate shower room. One of the apartments has 2 double bedrooms whilst the other apartment has 1 double bedroom. Both apartments have access to their own separate balconies. Behind the property, there is also another terrace. All terraces and balconies at the front of the property offer sea views.
Car hire is recommended. The property overlooks crystal clear water and is not far from the popular town of Jelsa, known for its' wonderful old quarter made up of a maze of ancient alleyways and lanes. Excursions to other places of interest on Hvar or other nearby Islands can be arranged through local agencies.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
