HV113B & HV113D, HV113F: Larger 4-bedroom villa (280m2) with pool and sea views, sleeps 8-10
These properties consist of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / lounge area, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, a separate WC and a large terrace leading to the garden and pool area. On the first floor there are 3 twin bedrooms, one has an en suite shower room and the other two share a separate shower room and have private access to a balcony offering picturesque sea views.
HV113A, HV113C, HV113E: Standard 4-bedroom villa (220m2) with pool and sea views, sleeps 8-10
These properties consist of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / lounge area, a separate WC, 3 twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and the other two share a separate shower room between them. There is also a large terrace leading to the garden and pool area. On the first floor there is a master twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private access to a balcony offering picturesque sea views. A new road from the villas has now been developed which leads to a small private beach for guests only. The residential area has a play ground for children and and golf cart rental service is available locally.
Car hire is recommended on Hvar. Stari Grad is known for being the oldest town in Croatia and is a great place to explore and learn about Croatia’s rich heritage and culture. The quiet town is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and has a lovely harbor which is surrounded by shops and authentic restaurants. Other popular places worth visiting on Hvar island is Jelsa and the famous Hvar town

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
