3 Bedroom Villa with Shared Pool in Orasac, near Dubrovnik
This pretty stone villa is located in the village of Orasac near Dubrovnik. Set in the hills that line this part of the coast, the villa offers very pretty views of the Adriatic sea and surrounding islands. The villa is offered as a three bedroom main house. For larger groups, the full property can be rented (DU083C), which includes an additional 2 bedroom annexe apartment (DU083A).
Guests approach the villa from the main road up a side street which, after approximately 700m, leads to the villa. Car parking is in front and below the property and there are approximately 25 steps up to the accommodation from the car parking area. At the top of these stairs there is a spacious sea facing terrace which also features an outside glass covered dining table and cushion covered stone bench. Guests enter the villa directly into an attractively decorated open-plan kitchen / diner / lounge area with separate shower room. The kitchen is slightly raised from the lounge area. The first floor features two double bedrooms both offering sea views, a twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom with bath.
Below the main terrace, stairs lead down to the kidney shaped pool and sunbathing area. The pool is shared with DU083A.
Car hire is recommended if staying at this accommodation. The villa would suit a family or group of friends looking to stay within easy access of Dubrovnik. The nearest beach is within 5 minutes drive and features the charming Caffe Bar Hawaii surrounded by fantastic clear water and a small harbour providing the opportunity to go on private boat excursions to explore the serene islands of Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep. In addition to visiting the splendid historical city of Dubrovnik, the nearby 63 acre Arboretum at Trsteno is well worth a visit. Other trips for consideration include excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphiti islands as well as day trips/excursions to Montenegro and Mostar. Location

Read more reviewsBeautiful place with stunning views - really lived up to expectations. Owner is very helpful and friendly, really made us feel welcome and at home and was available for any queries throughout our stay.
Comprehensive and easy-to-use website, excellent service.
Impressed with: Beautiful scenery, especially clear, green sea.
Not impressed with: Food can be mixed.
Recommend: Kasar Restaurant in Zaton - great food and ambiance.
Favourite villa moment: BBQ on the veranda.
Stayed April 2016Excellent. Beautiful apartment that looks exactly as it does in the pictures on the website. It is in an old house that is divided into 2. Were lucky to have the pool to ourselves as no one was in the other apartment. Stunning views out over the sea and it is in nice quiet village. a car is a must if you are wanting to explore the wider area, although the owner is really friendly and ferry you back and forth to the Dubrovnik's old-town so long as you give him about 15-20mins notice. He also does this for much cheaper than the taxis.
(Caretaker) Brilliant! Very friendly, answered all our questions about beaches/excursions and restaurants, Toni speaks very good English and runs you into town for cheaper than a taxi too!
Impressed with: Beautiful scenery, clear sea, good food
Not impressed with: Hit and miss customer service in places like restaurantsStayed August 2012
Excellent villa/amenities and support from the owner was top class. He helped out with a medical problem, escorting me to the local doctor and dentist. (Liked) The relaxed atmosphere/sites and general ambience.
The restaurants were more expensive and in general the quality wasn’t as good as expected. Service was on the whole quite slow as well. But in a tourist area like Dubrovnik it was perhaps to be expected! The car hire service at the airport is very slow and they have very limited space for parking which was a nightmare start and end to the holiday. Also check in at Dubrovnik was very slow.Stayed August 2011
This was one of the best equipped and most comfortable holiday villas that we have stayed in. Everything worked as it should. The pool was beautifully clean. The view from the terrace and the front bedrooms was stunning. Great care is needed when driving to the house as the approach roads are very narrow. The nearby rocky beach is beautiful. Nearby Trsteno, Zaton and of course Dubrovnik are well worth visiting.
Owner was the most helpful, friendly host we could have hoped for. He went out of his way to provide everything to make our stay a pleasure. Nothing seemed to faze him, he checked every day that we were comfortable and responded immediately to any requests. He is a star!
Impressed with: Beautiful scenery, wonderful Adriatic Sea, friendly people, everywhere very clean, good value eating and drinking.
Recommend: Hawaii Bar at the beach makes delicious pizzas. It is a wonderful place to sit for a meal or even just a drink.
Favourite villa moment: A quiet drink or two and a bite to eat, while watching the sun go down and the lights of Dubrovnik coming on across the bay.Stayed July/August 2014
The owner was extremely helpful! He recommended restaurants and recommended excursions which we enjoyed very much! It was perfect!
Impressed with:The people are very passionate about their country and area.
Not impressed with: Dubrovnik is much more expensive than Istria.
Recommend: Going by boat with the owners friend (owner of a pizzeria) to a nearby island with sandy beaches.
Favourite villa moment: The view overlooking the ocean in the evening while enjoying a sundowner.Stayed August 2014
