This spacious L-shaped stone property is located in the small village Vitaljina in the southernmost tip of the Konavle Valley. With its lush grounds, and badminton court and games room, this villa would suit a family or group looking for a quiet countryside holiday retreat with views over the surrounding landscape.
The villa features a stone exterior and classic wood furnishings on the interior. The rooms all feature exposed wood beamed ceilings and are located on the first floor of the property. The villa is comprised of two separate living rooms, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen-dining room, four double bedrooms, three shower rooms and an additional separate WC. Outside in well-maintained gardens guests can lounge on the pool deck with pool bordered on one side by sun loungers and parasols, or enjoy a floodlit badminton court. A covered stone dining terrace leads to the summer kitchen, which features traditional stone BBQ and bar. The lower ground floor of the villa has its own tavern, ideal for escaping the summer heat with its cool lounge space, pool table, table tennis and darts.
Car hire is recommended. The nearest shops and restaurants are 15 minutes’ drive away, whilst Cavtat is 30 minutes away by car. Cavtat is a vibrant seaside town with many beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars and a little further along guests can explore the historic city of Dubrovnik with its fortified Old Town full of activity. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
