This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, just steps away from the main street Stradun and close to beaches such as Dubrovnik’s Banje Beach. The apartment would suit couples, a small family or friends travelling together and looking to explore Dubrovnik’s historic cobbled streets and historic old town.
Guests enter the apartment from the street into the ground floor which is laid out studio style and features a double bed with a kitchenette, dining table and en suite shower room. On the first floor there is a living / dining area with a second kitchenette. The second floor contains a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
Dubrovnik old town offers guests plenty of places to explore including an array of attractions, shops, bars, restaurants and film/tv set locations, Lokrum Island makes for a lovely day out and ferry journeys to and from the island can be arranged in the Old Town. A wide variety of shops, cafes and bars can be explored within the walls and winding streets of Dubrovnik Old Town. A 30-minute drive takes guests to Cavtat, where the Cavtat - Radovcici footpath offers a stunning hiking trail with many idyllic picnic spots. The Cavtat seaside promenade also makes for a relaxing day out with plenty of waterside restaurants and swimming opportunities.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
