This luxury 6 bedroom villa is situated in a sought after location in the picturesque town of Trsteno which features one of Dubrovnik’s most recommended visitor attractions Trsteno Arboretum , the only Arboretum located along the Croatian Adriatic coast. The villa is perfectly suited to families and groups looking for a luxurious stay located within easy access of Dubrovnik Old Town.
This villa consists of 2 floors. The main entrance of the villa is accessed via the ground floor, sumptuously decorated, this ground floor features a kitchen, a dining room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further 2 double bedrooms with a shared bath / jacuzzi room. From the ground floor guest have access to a large terrace with covered outdoor dining, a generously sized pool set in a mature garden. There is also a guest annex with a double bedroom and a shower room. The first floor features a large central lounge with sea facing balcony along with an additional 2 double bedrooms with balconies, walk in wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa and provides an excellent base to explore the Dubrovnik region and all that it has to offer. The nearest supermarket can be found in Zaton, where guests can find local beaches and renowned waterfront konobas (traditional Croatian restaurants). Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
