    This stunning luxury villa, one of three villas (DU291 / DU292) located on the beach in the picturesque harbour town of Slano is located in the Dubrovnik region. Beautifully presented throughout, the villa is located on one end of the 3 villas and oozes modern contemporary design whilst offering guests a relaxing retreat for a family or friends to spend their holiday. Catering and boat rental can be arranged on request.

    The villa is approached via a coastal road where guests can park their cars in an underground car park. Steps from the parking to the raised ground floor takes guests to the outside area which features a breath-taking infinity pool with L shaped terrace where an outdoor dining table and BBQ are also located. This level features an open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge with full length folding patio doors opening directly out onto the infinity pool where guests can enjoy magnificent views of the bay. This level also features a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a guest toilet room and a utility room. The first floor contains 3 x double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms feature ornamental sea view balconies. The top (2nd) floor features a twin bedroom suite and patio doors leading out to a sea facing balcony. As the villa is located in a residential area it is not suitable for loud parties.

    Slano village is a hidden delight. A friendly harbour town featuring a selection of restaurants and shops as well as a hotel and marina. Dubrovnik City is a 40-minute car or taxi ride away as is an explore of the Peljesac region located north of Slano which includes the historic town of Ston with its’ impressive defensive stone walls over 5kms in length. Slano is a good choice for experiencing authentic Dalmatian seaside living.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
