Nestled on a hillside overlooking the beautiful Smokvina Bay is this 3 bedroom villa with pool located along the Dalmatian coast in the region of Dubrovnik. The villa would suit a family, couple or friends looking for a quiet retreat to relax and unwind whilst being within easy access of the sights and popular areas of interest within the region.
The villa is presented on 3 levels, ground floor, middle floor and top floor. Guests approach the villa from a country road which arrives at the rear of the villa on the ground floor. Guests can park their car in the parking area. From the parking area there are 10 stairs to the main entrance on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room, a games room, shower room and Konoba (similar to a home style taverna) with traditional Dalmatian BBQ. The first floor consists of 1 double bedroom with sea and mountain view balcony, 1 x double bedroom with mountain view, a shower room and a bathroom. There is also a lounge with double sofa bed and door opening out onto a sea view terrace with table and chairs. The top floor contains a double bedroom with sea view balcony, access to the pool, terrace, sun deck and pool lounge.
Nearby Slano village is a hidden delight. A friendly harbour town featuring a selection of restaurants and shops as well as a hotel and marina and a long pebble beach. There is a closer pebble beach to the villa around 1km away located at Sladenovici. Dubrovnik City is a 40-minute car or taxi ride away as is an explore of the Peljesac region located north of Slano which includes the historic town of Ston with its’ impressive defensive stone walls over 5kms in length. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
