This 3 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Dubrovnik old town and would suit friends and families looking to holiday together and to be near to all the tourist attractions, but at the same time have some privacy. The apartment consists of a 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 3 and a studio apartment that sleeps 2-3 that are let together.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is split up into 2 separate areas. There is a 2 bedroom apartment, consisting of a double bedroom (Eaves), a single bedroom (Eaves), a shower room and a lounge/kitchenette area. There is a studio apartment made up of a kitchen/lounge area, a shower room and a double bed on the gallery level (Eaves). An additional 1 person can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the lounge area in the studio apartment. Each unit has its own entrance.
The old town itself offers an array of shops, bars and restaurants. There are several beaches in the region; Banje, Bellevue to name but a few. The city’s walls and the cable car are both worth a visit! Lokrum Island can be reached via a 20-minute ferry ride from Dubrovnik old port and makes for a great day out!

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
