A spacious villa with large grounds and sea views from the pool terrace, this property is a wonderful choice for a family reunion or group holiday. The traditionally built Dalmatian stone villa is set in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Supetar, within easy reach of all this port town has to offer from its range of restaurants and bars to sports activities and day trips to Split Old Town.  The main building consists of 5 bedrooms and can sleep 9 persons. For larger families or groups there is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which can sleep a further 2 persons. 

This comfortable, family friendly villa is set over two floors. Guests enter the grounds from the parking area to a large mature garden with shaded and sunny terraces. A pretty sea view dining terrace is set just above the pool area. Equipped with BBQ, dining table and chairs, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind with the whole party. From the terrace, patio doors lead into the ground floor of the villa to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room. A double bedroom and a separate bathroom are located off the living area on the ground floor. Three double bedrooms, two with ensuite shower rooms, are located on the first floor, along with a separate bathroom and a single bedroom.

The separate apartment is located next to the villa and accessible via an alternative entrance. The apartment can accommodate an additional 2 persons (supplement applies) and are presented as a double bedroom, kitchen, living room, and shower room.

Lively Supetar is within walking distance of the villa, with its range of shops, café-bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is 200m from the property, and a lovely coastal path leads round to the centre of town. Brac island itself has plenty of attractions to discover – from water sports places in Supetar within walking distance, to well-known sights in easy driving distance. Car hire is recommended for areas of interest further afield, such as the famous Golden Cape beach at Bol, or nearby authentic towns Milna or Sutivan. Split city with its picturesque Old Town set in a Roman-era Palace is within easy reach, with ferries taking just 50 minutes running frequently throughout the day from Supetar.
