This spacious villa in Selca offers guests an outdoor pool and balcony which offers beautiful mountainous and seaviews. This villa is suitable for large families and groups of friends looking to have a relaxing villa holiday on Brac island.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area and a separate bathroom. There are also three bedrooms on this floor – one triple with en-suite shower room, one twin and one double bedroom. The lower ground floor consists of an additional open plan kitchen/lounge area where an additional one adult or two children can sleep on a sofa bed. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a triple bedroom and a separate shower room. Guests can access this floor either via the driveway or the outdoor terrace. The pool area features a small garden offering numerous vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, cucumbers, aubergines and peppers. Guests may use these to cook with.
Car hire is recommended for stay at this villa. Brac Island is a perfect place to explore the natural landscape. Sumartin is only a 6-minute drive where guests can enjoy a coffee at one of the waterside cafes. There are also several ferries that leave a day from Sumartin to Makarska and would make for a great day out. The town of Supertar is a 43-minute drive and offers shops, restaurants and bars. The Olive Oil Museum in Splinska can be reached in 44-minutes and teaches the traditional process of olive oil production.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
