This Brac island villa with pool occupies a desirable position in Milna, Brac island’s picturesque Harbour town. Guests can enjoy the stunning views from the villas’ many terraces as well as being able to walk to the wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants located in this popular town.
The villa is approached by car along a sea front road where parking is available for up to 3 cars. Guests enter the villa via the raised ground floor into a fabulous pool area with shaded bench seating and dining area along with an outdoor summer kitchen/BBQ. Inside there is a kitchen, sauna and bathroom. The first floor accessed via an outdoor staircase features an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge with sea facing balcony, a double bedroom (with doors to sea facing balcony) and shower room. The 2nd floor, accessed via an internal staircase, consists of 3 double bedrooms sharing a sea facing upper balcony, there are also 3 shower rooms on this level.
Car hire is not essential as the shops, bars and restaurants of Milna are within easy walking distance. Transfers can be arranged by speedboat from Split airport. Boat hire either for private use or day trips to visit other islands as well as water sports such as scuba diving, Kayaks and SUPs are available to book in Milna. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
