3 Bedroom Brac Island Villa with Infinity Pool near Supetar, Sleeps 6-8
Located in an elevated position between Supetar and Split and offering magnificent views of the Adriatic sea and surrounding countryside is this bungalow villa with pool and additional lower ground floor annexe. Comfortably decorated, the spacious outdoor split-level pool and terrace area is the highlight of the property where guests will undoubtedly spend most of their time. The villa would suit a family with older children* or group of adults.
*Please note the pool area has a 1.5m drop at the end of the property which is not entirely fenced off.
The villa is approached via a country lane. Entry is into the main part of the house which consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with patio doors leading out to the upper terrace, a double bedroom which has been partially separated to accommodate a bunk bed plus separate shower room and a 2nd double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This 2nd bedroom features a door opening into a room featuring a single foldaway bed. The lower ground floor annexe is accessed via an external staircase leading down to the garden where a door opens into a double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Outside on the upper terrace guests can enjoy fabulous views from the shaded dining area with separate comfy sofa seating and an extensive beautifully decorated purpose-built summer kitchen. A half staircase down from this terrace takes guests to an equally spacious lower terrace with generous sized infinity pool.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this property. The villa offers guests a spectacular base from which to explore Brac Island. The nearby town of Supetar with its cafes and bars is a short drive away. Brac island has much to offer in the way of sightseeing. Sites of interest include Vidova Gora, the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), the towns of Milna, Postira, Sutivan and Bol with its’l Golden Cape beach. Also worth visiting is the sandy beach of Lovrecina Bay near Splitska. Excursions to other islands and to the mainland are also all possibilities from Brac. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
