This comfortable 4-bedroom villa with heated pool would suit a family or group of friends looking for a peaceful relaxing seaside holiday. The villa is located in the quiet seaside village of Razanj which is situated within a 15-minute drive from Rogoznica and makes an ideal base to explore this Northern Dalmatian region
The villa is approached via a half staircase from the parking area up to the raised ground floor where the pool is located. Guests enter into a hallway which features a studio-style apartment with a kitchen and sofa bed for 2 persons and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace which is surrounded by a garden. On this floor, there is also a Finnish sauna and shower. The terrace is where guests will spend most of their time relaxing by the pool on one of the 8 sun loungers or enjoying a swim There is also a BBQ and comfortable seating where guests can admire the view of the Adriatic Sea.
The 1st floor features 1x double bedroom with standard double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 x double bedroom with ¾ double bed and en-suite shower room, and 1 x double bedroom with ¾ double bed. All 3 bedrooms open out onto a connecting balcony offering sea views
The 2nd (top) floor consists of an open plan kitchen /diner/lounge with patio doors opening out onto a spacious stunning sea-facing terrace with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers. There is also a study room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and an en-suite shower room on this level.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Ražanj is a small fishing village situated between Marina and Rogoznica. The beautiful bays are ideal for guests who want to spend their summer holidays, enjoying the beautiful setting of pine forests, beaches and crystal clear waters. For the more adventurous who would like to learn to dive, Razanj features two diving centres. Those who would like to explore the many historic places of Dalmatia, such as Split, Trogir and Zadar and many more can do so easily by car or by booking one of the numerous excursions available locally.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
