Located in the peaceful Konavle Region of Southern Dalmatia is this delightful villa with pool offering stunning views of this enchanting valley. With the mountains located on one side and the sea on the other, this attractive area is abundant in vineyards and olive groves with many of the small villages maintaining old customs and their inhabitants still wearing traditional costumes. The villa would suit a family/more than one family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing break with plenty of outdoor activities and entertainment to participate in whilst being within easy reach of the main places of interest within the area such as Dubrovnik City and the beaches of Southern Dalmatia.

CHEF SERVICE: The villa is also able to offer a chef service where seasonal locally sourced food is prepared and served on site. A menu is provided for this service and guests arrange and pay for this locally.

The villa is approached along a country road into a private driveway from where a flight of stairs leads up to the main (middle) floor of the villa. This floor features a split level open plan kitchen /diner/lounge area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (this bathroom also has a 2nd door which opens into the living room) and a twin room with en-suite bathroom (beds can be pushed together). There is an additional single bedroom on this level. A door to the rear of the open plan lounge leads out onto a terrace where the utility room is located.

External steps take guests to the upper (attic) floor and a mountain view terrace from where guests can enter into an open plan kitchen / diner/lounge area which also features a separate double bedroom, a twin room with en-suite toilet, and a separate shower room. The rear staircase leads to the lower floor containing a ‘Konoba’ room (similar to a taverna) and to the mid floor level pool area which offers stunning views across the valley. The pool area contains a BBQ and shady outdoor dining area, a covered chill out lounge, and a display room for purchasing locally produced and homemade products such as liqueurs, dried fruit, beauty products and embroidered gifts.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. A number of popular activities in the area include experiencing the traditions of nearby Cavtat and the Konavle valley. Other activities which can be booked/organised locally for an additional fee are: cycling, wine tasting, horse-riding, kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, hiking, quad biking and rock climbing. Excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and worth a visit.
